FROM OUR DIRECTOR
We are honored that you are interested in the Nursery School at St. Dunstan’s for your child’s education. The Nursery School at St. Dunstan’s utilizes the “Creative Curriculum for PreSchool” as the basis for our program. This curriculum allows your child to encounter a variety of learning experiences in a noncompetitive environment. It is designed to increase your child’s awareness of events occurring in his or her world (seasons, holidays, events) in conjunction with basic readiness skills (letters, numbers, colors) while building your child’s self-esteem and self-confidence. The Creative Curriculum is aligned with the State of New Jersey Common Core Standards. The Nursery School at St. Dunstan’s encourages parent involvement. We have an open door policy and parents are always welcome. We believe that open communication is central to our success, and encourage parents & guardians to be active participants in their children’s education. We encourage you to take a look around, ask questions and to meet our teachers. And, if you would like to hear from some of our current parents, just ask! They would be happy to share their experiences, and why they chose The Nursery School at St. Dunstan’s. We look forward to getting to know you & your family!
